Standard TRIP EVENT Schedule (subject to change)
Join Under the Influence Ministries in Transforming Lives
- Friday/Saturday: Fly out from your home airport (Thursday if very remote destination).
- Saturday/Sunday: Fly in to the crusade airport, bus to the hotel, then preach at churches.*
- Monday – Wednesday: Preach and minister in schools during the day (7am-4pm), then train volunteers in the evenings (6:30pm-9:00pm).
- Thursday: Preach and minister in schools in the day (7am-4pm), then minister healing and deliverance at the first night of the Faith and Miracle Festival (7:00pm-9:30pm).
- Friday: Distribute food, evangelize, and minister to people in a designated outreach area during the day (7am-2pm). Minister healing and deliverance at the second night of the Faith and Miracle Festival (7:00pm-9:30pm).
- Saturday: Minister at either the Leaders Conference (9am) or Children's** Crusade (9am) in the morning, the Youth Conference in the afternoon (2pm), and minister healing and deliverance at the final night of the Faith and Miracle Festival (7:00pm-9:30pm).
- Sunday: Enjoy team time and rest, and preach in churches.* Possible Women's** and Men's** Conferences around 2pm. If remote, opt to bus and/or fly to major airport, instead.
- Sunday Continuation Elective: If you are in a group traveling to another city for the following week, you will bus to your hotel in the next city and minister to churches in the evening, repeating the standard schedule until your final week is concluded.
- Monday: If not remote, begin land travel to airport. Fly out for home if this is your last week.
- Tuesday: Fly into your home airport, high-fiving Jesus for all He has done!
* Times vary. In Brazil, church services are at night. In most other countries, they are in the morning.
** Women's, Men's and Children's events are elective and may be rescheduled or omitted.

Guidelines for photographing IDs and visa photos

It's not mandatory...but you'll not regret learning some words and phrases of the language where you are going. Operation World lists language groups for the countries around the world, and you can ask your crusade director if you have any questions.

how to submit a good id picture
If you are new to UTIM missions within the past two years or have renewed your passport or driver's license since your last trip with us, you will need to send a high quality photo of your passport and state identification to carolyn.smith@undertheinfluenceministries.org. Please follow these simple guidelines for a picture that will work. Thanks for your help!
ID Guidelines:
- Passport must be valid six months after the mission trip ends. Every country has differing rules on this, and this is our standard.
- Driver's License must be valid one month after the mission trip ends.
- Other requirements may apply for entry into your destination, including visas or immunizations. If that is the case, we will inform you to lead you through any actions you may need to take.
Photo Guidelines:
- Large pictures with good resolution, only. No .HEIC or other compressed images, please.
- No fingers or other objects in the picture (open your passport very widely to keep it open).
- No information covered or omitted from the photo.
- No glare. All information completely readable.

If you are traveling to Brazil or any other country that requires a visa, we need you to send us a visa picture so we can submit your request for you.
Many passport photos will not comply with visa requirements, and a bad visa photo will probably prohibit you from making the trip. So be prepared to get a fresh photo taken for your visa..
Please have the following guidelines handy and use them as a step-by-step checklist to obtain a suitable VISA ID PHOTO at any location that takes passport photos. Show the guidelines to the photographer to ensure a correct photo.
Instructions:
- Colored photo with a white background sized 3.5 x 4.5 cm (413 x 531
pixels), - No head coverings, No spectacles.
- Shoulders inside the picture.
- Space above head.
- Face in center of photo.
- Look directly at the camera lens with visible shoulders and unobstructed ears.
- No smiling or showing teeth.
- Ensure that you wear proper attire.
- Head and chin are not cropped in the photo.
- Do not use/crop your photo from your passport Bio page.
